Support Queue

Discovery Webs now offers a customer service queue (V-queue) to assist you in managing your online sales and support requests using your virtual server. This powerful customer management tool allows you to queue and manage your customer's requests for sales and support inquiries using a single point-n-click interface. Employees can "pull" customer requests and reply to them in sequence or based on categories. The V-queue creates an audit trail and record so you can analyze customer issues and track employee response. If your employees are telecommuting and do not work in the same physical office space, the V-queue enables them to work together through a browser-based interface without duplication of effort.
